Welcome Note from John Paul DeJoria

My Dear Friends,
It is exciting that you continue to put on a quality event after 22 years. Your efforts have paid off with one of the best amateur ski races in the country. I missed being at the event this year, but you all know that I am there in spirit. Your competition, camaraderie, and charity portions of this event are outstanding. I congratulate you on raising $23,054 for the Winter Sports Programs of Special Olympics, putting us at $708,000 raised over many years. I also congratulate you on raising $3,170 for the Twin Towers Initiative honoring the 72 Police Officers lost on 9-11-01. That effort puts us over the $50,000 for TTI.
Your dedication to your communities and this event is inspiring and something to be very proud of. I anticipate that the 23rd year of this great event will be as successful as past years.
As I have said before, I am very proud to be a part of this event, and I will continue to support your efforts on behalf of the Winter Sports Programs of Special Olympic and the Twin Towers Initiative
On behalf of John Paul Mitchell Systems and the thousands of hairstylists in the Paul Mitchell family, I hope each of you has a safe and successful year. I hope to see you once again at the 2012 event at Copper Mountain, Colorado, February 25-March 3, 2012.
Peace, love & happiness,
John Paul DeJoria
