NAPSC 2009 LODGING INFORMATION

We have contracted with Snowmass Resort for very attractive lodging, with a wide variety of options, however you must book using the group name or a code of "TBD". These prices are only available by using the group name or group code. Please note that prices are only valid until February 7, 2009 and on a space available basis so book early! Snowmass has an excellent free shuttle system servicing the entire area and conference center.

The Snowmass Conference Center is slopeside and a very short walk from the Wildwood Lodge. The Terracehouse and Aspenwood condos are coveniently located within walking distance of the slopes, the Village and conference center. The Woodbridge Condos require a very short shuttle ride to the conference center. It is important to recognize that the number of rooms booked using the group code directly affects our final rates for hosting the event, and in turn affects future registration cost for NAPSC events. If they do not have a listed property meeting your needs, they will work to find you what you want!

NOTE: Rooms and rates are being held for us only until February 7, 2009. Lodging requests received after this date will be handled on a space available basis, at a higher cost. Extra persons are $25 per night and there is a 12.3% local tax.

If you plan to arrive early, or stay later, Snowmass will honor our contract lift ticket rates for 3 days prior and three days post our event dates. Unlike Keystone, you will be able to buy these at the lift ticket sales office, if you are registered with us by February 1st.

Woodbridge Condos Two Bedroom/2 bath	$276 per night for 4 people
Terracehouse Condos Two bedroom/	$385 per night for 4 people
Apsenwood Condos Two bedroom	$479 per night for 4 people

Other properties to include larger units may be available at discount to NAPSC registrants. FYI, there is also a tax and local civic assessment.
